Sea Houses offers holiday rental management services for select homes in the Otway Coast Region of the Great Ocean Road. This area includes the coastal hamlets of Wye River, Separation Creek, Kennett River, Johanna, and the larger town area of Apollo Bay, Marengo and Skenes Creek. Sea Houses is a new business, established in 2022 by Sharee Evans, a lifetime local of the Otways and Great Ocean Road.

The heart of the home is the open-plan living area, anchored by a magnificent open wood fireplace. The main level floorplan has beautiful indoor-outdoor flow, and large glass doors and louvered windows invite the sea breeze in.
