Welcome to sea houses
Sea Houses offers holiday rental management services for select homes in the Otway Coast Region of the Great Ocean Road. This area includes the coastal hamlets of Wye River, Separation Creek, Kennett River, Johanna, and the larger town area of Apollo Bay, Marengo and Skenes Creek. Sea Houses is a new business, established in 2022 by Sharee Evans, a lifetime local of the Otways and Great Ocean Road.
Earth Sea Sky - Separation Creek
Earth Sea Sky offers couple or group accommodation in a light filled family home at Separation Creek. Enjoy ocean and Separation Creek beach views from the house, and still only a 5 minute walk to the beach.
Over two levels, there are three queen size bedrooms, two living areas, two bathrooms and two outdoor entertaining decks.
Enter the property and take the stairs up to the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen is really well equipped with 900mm freestanding oven, stone benchtops, great range of cooking equipment and appliances.
The Hamptons At Marengo - Marengo
Light filled, North-East facing spacious 4 bedroom home in an idyllic setting.
The Hamptons at Marengo is set on 2.5 acres of established gardens and lawns, located at Marengo and between the Great Ocean Road and the Southern Ocean.
The sandstone home is all on one level, and thoughtfully designed to make the most of the aspect and views to Apollo Bay, Marengo and the surrounding hills. Off a central entry point, there are two wings of the house, with rooms leading onto a front timber deck stretching along the entire length of the house.
Enter in the house to the open plan kitchen and dining area. The kitchen has gas cooktop, electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, island bench, breakfast bar, cooking equipment and serving ware. A 10 seat dining table provides the space for your holiday meals together, or take it outside on the deck with a dining table setting enjoying the open air and views. Inside, an adjoining sitting room has a wall of books, and double doors opening onto the deck. Further on this wing are two bedrooms, the main bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet, and laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Sea Zen - Separation Creek
Sea Zen is a seaside studio, with ocean view spa, steam shower and wood fire. A retreat inspired by Japanese elements, designed for couples who want the ultimate romantic getaway at Wye River on the Great Ocean Road. Sea Zen is pet friendly for dog lovers too.
The location is merely a flat 60 metre stroll to the beach, literally a 2 minute walk. Sea Zen is a couples or single traveller haven for all seasons, keeping snug in cooler weather with wood fire, reverse cycle heater, double glazed windows, air jet spa, and steam shower.
